Pipoos

Builing Pipoos stores together for over 15 years
For more than 15 years, Kolsteren Projecten has been Pipoos’ trusted partner for the delivery and renovation of its stores. Together, we have now delivered or renovated all 35 locations. From new stores and renovations of existing locations to the development of new retail concepts, we know the Pipoos formula inside out.
This long standing partnership allows us to move quickly. We know what matters to Pipoos, understand their way of working and know what it takes to have a store ready for fit out and opening on schedule. Kolsteren Projecten manages the entire construction process, from preparation, planning and budgeting to coordinating contractors, handover and aftercare.
Our partnership goes beyond individual store renovations. After each project, we evaluate what went well and where the next project can be even smarter or more efficient. We take those insights with us to the next location. This means we are not only building new stores, but continuously improving the process together.
A great example is the Pipoos Inspiration Hub in Tilburg. With the largest retail space and the most extensive product range within the Pipoos formula, this is a particularly special location and at the same time part of a partnership that now spans dozens of stores.
Barista Café

Multiple locations, one trusted approach
Kolsteren Projecten has delivered and renovated several Barista Café locations. Every location is different, but our approach remains the same: thorough preparation, direct communication and careful coordination of all activities. As we have come to know the Barista Café concept and way of working well, we can move quickly on each new project and build on the experience gained from previous locations.
A great example is Barista Café Drachten. Here, the existing Doppio Espresso location was transformed into the Barista Café concept. The location was given a new look, including a new floor, an adapted bar and a redesigned terrace. It is a good example of transforming one franchise concept into another, using the existing location as the basis for a new hospitality concept.
Kolsteren Projecten manages these hospitality renovations from preparation and planning through to construction, handover and aftercare. We ensure that all contractors work together effectively and provide the client with one dedicated point of contact throughout the project.
Our experience extends beyond hospitality. Whether it is the renovation of an existing store, a new hospitality concept, a petrol station, an office or a completely new development, with more than 25 years of experience we manage projects across a wide range of sectors from start to finish.
JD Sports

All 35 Dutch locations, one trusted project partner
Kolsteren Projecten has been involved in the delivery and renovation of JD Sports stores in the Netherlands for many years. We have now managed all 35 Dutch locations. As a result, we know the retail concept, working methods and requirements involved in delivering a JD Sports store inside out.
We take that experience with us to every new location. We know what it takes to coordinate the different contractors, manage the schedule and ensure the store is ready for fit out and opening on time. From preparation and budget management to construction, handover and aftercare, Kolsteren Projecten manages the entire store renovation process.
Our most recent project is the new JD Sports store at Stadshart Amstelveen. Here too, the experience gained from previous locations is invaluable. At the same time, every location requires a tailored approach, as each building, schedule and construction situation brings its own challenges.
Having delivered or renovated all 35 JD Sports locations in the Netherlands is, above all, the result of a long term partnership. Direct communication, clear agreements and our knowledge of the concept allow us to move quickly and continue contributing to the JD Sports retail network in the Netherlands.

Kolsteren Projecten also has extensive project experience within the leisure sector. For Jack’s Casino, we have delivered and renovated 24 locations throughout the Netherlands, ranging from new locations to alterations and renovations of existing venues.
A casino has different project requirements from a retail store or hospitality venue. That variety is exactly where our experience comes into its own. We adapt our approach to the location, concept and specific requirements of each project, while ensuring that planning, budget and construction remain closely aligned.
With 24 completed locations throughout the Netherlands, our work for Jack’s Casino is a good example of what Kolsteren Projecten stands for: personal project management on a national scale, with one dedicated point of contact and involvement from preparation through to handover and aftercare.

A different environment, the same level of project management
Alongside retail, hospitality and leisure, Kolsteren Projecten has extensive experience in the renovation and development of petrol stations. Over the years, we have delivered projects for brands including Esso, Avia and Shell at various locations throughout the Netherlands.
A petrol station is a very different project environment from a retail store or hospitality venue. Work takes place at locations with specific technical facilities and several functions coming together on one site. This requires thorough preparation and careful coordination between all parties involved.
Kolsteren Projecten ensures that the different activities come together at the right time and maintains control over planning, budget and construction throughout the project. We adapt our approach to the location and the work required, whether it involves a renovation, an alteration or the development of a new location.
Our experience with petrol stations demonstrates the versatility of Kolsteren Projecten. We are not limited to one type of building or sector, but apply our knowledge and way of working to a wide range of commercial construction projects.
