We have delivered and renovated several Barista Café locations. Some started as empty spaces, while others involved the complete transformation of an existing hospitality venue into the Barista Café concept. Every location requires a different approach, and that is exactly what makes these projects so interesting.
JD Sports
Kolsteren Projecten has delivered or renovated all 35 JD Sports locations in the Netherlands. From existing retail spaces to completely new stores across the country. A nationwide rollout where planning, coordination and consistent execution of the retail concept are key.
Jack’s Casino
Kolsteren Projecten has delivered and renovated 24 Jack’s Casino locations across the Netherlands. Every location is different, but our experience with the concept allows us to move quickly and efficiently manage each project from preparation through to completion.
Petrol stationsKolsteren Projecten also provides renovation and project management services for various petrol stations across the Netherlands. We have delivered projects for brands including Esso, Avia and Shell. A different environment from retail or hospitality, but with the same focus on planning, quality and a smooth project process.
